Not to be confused with DS bind, Vero Binder Pure is an allergen free substitute for breadcrumbs in both fresh and cooked meat products. This product consists of a combination of starch, gluten free breadcrumbs and fruit fibre. Compared to using standard breadcrumbs, Vero Binder Pure offers excellent binding properties and gives finished products a good texture and bite, as well as containing less sodium.
